Booked with these guys when I arrived at 7pm they said they were closed and no one to pick me up to contact them in the morning To note my flight was delayed and I was in contact as stated In their agreement. No one replied to me until I arrived 7pm. As someone said if you want to start your vacation off in the wrong foot start with these guys a total rip off company
If you want to start your trip on the wrong foot, go with these guys. Savings sounds good (maybe too good to rent a car). The way this company makes money, they sell you their car insurance because they have every obstacle possible to not use your insurance. Please read small print and I suggest to stay away from them. Thank goodness booking.com was more understandinng and refunded a poition of the fee!
