Beware when shopping for the best interest rate on your auto loan. I discovered that Streamline Bank compounds interest daily, not monthly like the industry standard. Because of this, I couldn't figure out how they calculated my monthly payment. When I had questions about the calculations, loan officer Elizabeth Pullen became very upset. My dad died. He banks with them having served with them for 36 years and still banks with them 11 years after retirement. I bring them notarized documentation printed and formed by the Nebraska Supreme Court 14 days before the 30 days I can pull it out. They inform me on the 30th day that their attorneys are looking over it after acceptance of the paperwork in which I was told they would inform me if there any issues. They did not. If you are looking for a bank to help you out in a terrible situation. They are not it. They are only out for the money and will not help. I have a loan for a pickup through them. The truck broke down and was totaled with the motor going bad. It is a diesel truck. I put a 2000 dollar deductible on it just to save money to get by until i can get it paid off and they charged me 800 on top of the loan because of it. I told them about the situation and even sent all of the paper work. They did care about it and would not reverse... read more
