Excellent service. From what I seen about home rates I believe they gave me the lowest option they could. I’m hoping the rates will be lower when it’s time to refinance and UHM said they will contact me when it’s a good time to refinance. I think I will choose this company for all mortgage needs. Ask for Stephanie, she’s truly the best.
We had overall a great experience when using UHM as our lender for our mortgage not only did we have a great person to work with (Stephanie Benedict) we also were provided all the information we needed with instructions on how the home buying process would go. We are very thankful to buy our first home with UHM and will definitely recommend for those needing a lender and highly recommend Stephanie to work with!!
