I spoke with Stephanie Benedict to get information about a home loan. Stephanie assured me that during the process no hard inquires would be made on my credit, well she was wrong. Got a credit report update a few days after and she hit both mine and my partners credit with a hard inquiry which devastated our scores. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the inquires because I trusted what must be either an amateur, or a liar.
