Full on lied to my face during refinance. Asked if they would be servicing the loan, and was given full assurance that would be the case. Skip forward and they are selling the loan to a company I have never heard of. Take anything they tell you during the process with a grain of salt and get it in writing, because they have no qualms about flat out lying to get you in the door.
