Very unpleasant experience ,loan officer was not well trained nor did I feel confident he knew what he was doing in order to get loaned closed . Almost was not able to close the loan due to negligence on his part . Towards the end of my loan experience I had to call the management team to make sure I got loan closed and ended up still past my original close date due to this negligence . This negligence made me have to pay previous owners of the property an extra fee per day until home was closed . If I could give half a star... read more
Been a member of union home for 5 years national # seems not to be for over 1 week now. Called local branch for assistance operate was short and cold.. no help said I can't look up loan hold ill forward back to national # thats it. No hey let us try to help you or even I'm sorry for the issue nope nothing! Short and did not want to hear my issue at all. Like I was an issue for calling. Truly shows they just want to close your mortgage and move you along wash hands with you. Sad....... will never work with this company again!
