The place is dangerous and disgusting. Staff in bubble will do whatever they can to help. management only cares about money
I was recently at the gospel for a month and it was going well. The biggest concern is staff behavior concerning threats and poor communication skills. The upper staff are pretty good folks but the majority of the staff is bland and with poor social skills. Lastly they’ll make unfortunate threats physically and will lie for one another to keep a general consensus that “the guest is the problem”. They refused to release my belongings to me when I decided I don't want to associate with their organization anymore, and they tried to commit conversion by withholding my essential property, I didn't get it back until I had a female friend call them, and this was after refusing to provide me with a copy of the rules, or with a grievance form, I still don't have one, but I'm resolved to never go back or speak to any of them again because they are willing to commit potentially felony crimes just because I know they did someth... read more
