Wonderful job - nice and flexible staff – Want to thank Union Floor for their great work. Gordon was very flexible with our tight timeline (new home purchase) and even had his staff work over the weekend. They did a great job with both white oak down stairs and tongue-groove white oak upstairs. They patched some unused cold air returns, removed the carpet that was over all the floors, and came in at a great price. We ALWAYS get comments on our beautiful floors. Thumbs up! - CS
Did not back their work – We had a very bad experience with Union Floors. There were problems with the finish. Gordon insisted that the floor was dull because of housekeeping issues and went into personal attack mode. When we finally got to talk to the finish rep, he (the rep) agreed that there was probably an environmental issue with too much moisture at the time that the finish was applied.
