Excruciating painful communication at this place ! The associate was so confused about what we needed todo , when we arrived, we were unable to do what needed to do ! Granted , with all that goes on , we should have been smart enough to bring our ID but my wife forgot! If the associate would have reminded her , I think that would help! I would encourage better training from the branch manager! The branch manager appeared to be very uninterested in helping us!
