Ascend does not have online payment access to pay your auto loan. Completely unacceptable in the era of modern day banking. I was considering swapping my banking business to Ascend but then why would I when they lack convenience to service the customers they lend to?

I called about something I was having an issue with online. I was told I needed to go by the branch to sign paperwork for online money transfers. No one at this branch could figure out what I was talking about. I wasn't sure either as there are about 4 different ways to send money online. When you are having conversations with a call center and go to the branch and no one at the branch knows your products well enough to help you straighten it out is very frustrating.
