The front tellers have good customer skills. The people that sit behind the large desks, at least some of them, are rude especially to the elderly people. I t was difficult to watch. It is usually one woman in particular that abuses the little power that she has. It makes for an uncomfortable and tense experience when we enter the bank. We hope that someone will oversee her innappropriate and out of line behaviors. We are considering withdrawing the remainder of our savings from that bank.
