Great banking experience by people who are truly invested in the local community. Knowledgable staff that are very accommodating for their customers. This bank is nice and small so you know you're more than an account number. Much larger banks tend to put customer service by the wayside, but not Union.

I'm going on vacation and need to get small bills for tips. I called and spoke with one of the staff and asked if I could get $60 in one dollar bills. I was asked if I was a customer. I said yes I am a customer. I was asked for my account number. I explained I was not a member. She then challenged me about being a customer. I explained to her the difference.
