Terrible bank
This bank is not trustworthy. I heard some lady in the university branch on a Saturday morning gossiping and gushing about a customer's account balance. Highly unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.
This bank is severely behind the times. You can't even deposit cash or checks into their ATM machines. I've never heard of such a thing in this day and age. I even requested a new bank card online and they never sent it. If you are in a financial emergency, this bank will be of no use. It's 2021, update your infrastructure. If you are a technophile, avoid this bank.
