They literally don’t know anything about their own bank or anything that they offer. You literally have to call either Lincoln or one 800 number to get accurate information because I asked for an ACH and they say they have no clue what that is and that they don’t offer it which it is offered so if you are interested in making a payment that way call the Lincoln location or the one 800 number.
