The customer service is not just bad, it's terrible, and don't even get me started on the new customer bonus, which is impossible to claim. I've been to this bank three times, and all three times they've given me different, nonsensical excuses about the $500 they promise to new customers who open an account. The last time was yesterday; the manager wasn't there, and the person who helped me promised to call me when the manager arrived. I'm still waiting for that call.
