I have had this bank for 5 yrs I don’t usually overdraw my account and any other bank I have ever used if something has happened and you have over drawn your account as long as it isn’t a habit they will take the charges off. Well some how my account has been over drawn not once not twice but four times in two days! So that is a total of $ 152.00! What I love most about Atlantic Union is that it's big enough that branches and ATM's aren't hard to find, but small enough that they know your name when you walk in the door. The staff at this location has been an incredible blessing to bank with over the years.
This bank does not know how to treat loyal customers. Called a numerous times for someone to look into my issue. Over a month has gone by and still no response. I talked to the Relationship Manager at the bank no help at all!!! Called customer service many times I explained to them my issue and they said someone will be contacting me. Never did!!
