There is a reason they were voted best bank in Virginia by Kiplinger’s magazine. Friendly staff and banking solutions that people want. Never had an issue here and I use this branch once a month.
Unprofessional, rude and not consistent with bank procedures other Union Banks follow. Such a shame, just bad business. Won’t be back plus many more.
