called the branch for assistance in setting up an account and was degraded by multiple staff. i filed a complaint with their call center and to see if that will resolve the issue because the dept that this branch referred me to said they do not handle it The branch kept saying it does and refused to listen to me when I said they do not and they kept saying they do even though the other dept kept stating they do not handle it.
After having a personal account for nearly 20 years and a business account for 15 years, customer service should have been much better! Instead, it was shockingly bad! I don't usually require much account maintenance, but when it takes a week of me calling the branch manager everyday to get things done....that's just bad service.

Teller was very friendly and helpful. She handled my transactions efficiently. I was in and out quickly.
