I would avoid this bank at all costs. They don't seem to really care that much about the customer. We've been a customer for over 10 years. How can you stay in business if you treat your customers poorly. Oh and posting a reply to this review is a fail, you should call. You have my name, take five seconds to look me up and make a phone call.
They’re on the 5th floor and lobby signage is on the way. Once there, service was impeccable. Good smiles and efficient. Thank you!
I have a car loan with Union and I'll never have anything else with them again. I want to pay additional on my loan and there are no local banks for me to go in and pay. I call to make a pay and they say I have to mail a payment or pay a $10 fee over the phone. Also there isn't an option for me to pay online which makes no sense to me with all the technology in the world.

Used this branch to deposit preceeds from our club's horse show in Herndon. Wonderful service with friendly staff. Could use signage in building lobby....understand a landlord issue. Great convenient branch
