Always nice people here. The site says the drive thru is open Saturday 9a-noon and it is not open .

here is the problem i have...when the bank was bank of hampton rds, then xenith, i would look online at my account every afternoon & was able to see any pending checks that would clear overnight & i would move money around to cover those checks so they wouldnt bounce. now that it is union, the online banking doesnt show me what checks are pending...so checks bounce, & i get charged $36.very frustrating...and costly. it must be changed or i will be banking elsewhere.
