Disrespect bank teller doesn’t do what you tell them.
I have banked with Union Bank and Trust for 48 years and only had one small problem which was my fault but Wes was the I believe President at that time and said it shouldn't have happened and made it up to me. Have banked w UBT for 20+ years, both for my home and business. I use lots of locations but downtown is the bank I use the most often. I also like and use online banking and the banking apps. I have only had positive experiences and all the employees I have interacted with have been top notch. I also love doing business locally.
