Fantastic branch. Everyone there was great. Andy, Andrew, Louis the three guys I talked to the most all have quit. I found out they are closing this and many other locations (this one just opened) since Union was purchased by another large bank. There will be no convenient location for me now, so I am moving my business.
Because, I never had any problems with this bank like I did with the other ones.
Great customer service! Andy got my account setup quickly and helped to link my 2 accounts together for mobile banking. Never had a problem even with other tellers and when making deposits i am always in and out pretty quick.
Gps eta had me there at 7:01, one minute after close. I called around 6:50 and asked if they could assist me if I was only one minute late. Pulled up at 7:00 on the dot, for two tellers to say I'm too late. Two lazy employees saved 1 minute of their weekend all to ruin mine entirely. This unkept promise screwed up my entire weekend. No place else is open to cash my checks. 1/5 stars, if I could rate it 0 I would. Now I get to sulk in my house for two days instead of enjoying my weekend. Unbelievable.
