I need to find a new bank, with more location s and Saturday hours :/ (updated) - this is still true. However, every person at the bank has be courteous and helpful. They also open at 8:30am, which does help.
Great location!! My first customer service experienced was a real hassle. Unaware of the deposit method ,I made a deposit around 4:30ish (all deposit must be made/process before 1pm) was explained during both calls. Which was not explained doing the bank account set up process. I my first call was dead end. I felt rush and the both reps was not concern with my issue.
