Rude people, non-existent customer loyalty, but the only bank in town so they feel they can treat you however they want.
One specific front desk worker was visibly annoyed and did not demonstrate much kindness, asked a question regarding a payment we had to make but she responded with an obvious attitude. We were told we would receive a notice in the mail that she’d send out, it did not happen. It was not a pleasant experience whatsoever
