Kind and professional staff. Answered all of my questions with great detail. I left the branch feeling confident I made the right choice for my loan. 10/10 would do it again.
This is a horrible bank, if you have a business account beware they will screw you. I have had this bank for a year and as soon as they merged they became horrible.
Terrible the white old lady in the last window is so rude and disrespectful can't believe how people like this can work in customer services.
Went to the bank today and the people there were very nice. very kind There was 2 black girls working there they were beautiful and very sweet. They helped me very quickly
Don't bank here. You have plenty of options, trust me. I don't get any benefits from banking here and the ATM is incredibly unreliable. Everytime I have to count on the ATM (after-hours) to make a deposit, there's a 1 in 4 chance that it's "unavailable". And I absolutely hate coming in. They have dry, chip-on-their-shoulder tellers, although the manager is usually pretty genuine and pleasant. I'd prefer to close my account and will be just doing that this month. New year, so definitely time for a new bank.
