Dealing with my Mother's account when she was no longer able to was a nightmare. Despite my Power of Attorney form her Trust, they wanted their OWN POA signed, even though she was no longer capable. Took a long time for their legal team to verify the trust and POA, despite all the legal paperwork I gave them. They even asked if she could come to the branch. Geez. Now with her passed I have to try and close her accounts.
I’m calling to open up two business bank accounts. I called this branch’s phone number listed here. It took me to their customer service center, not the branch. CSR told me the phone number I called is in fact the branch’s phone number and to try calling again. Very unhappy they have been closed Saturdays had to use another bank to get money.
