Bank is garbage. Won't cash a check even if issued by union bank
Very bad service specially the manager Angelia Cardenas I came from la I have issue with my account she couldn’t explain the reason and she couldn’t Solve the problem and she asked me to go back to my townhouse to solve the issue. I stuck in SF without money and my money in my account She asked to take it cash in SF !
Worst banking experience ever! Associates are so high staring at the screen for 40 minutes not being able to finish a simple transaction and others who mock you and throw rude gestures to your face in front of the floor manager (Jasmine )who does not control the situation or offer an apology! Stay away !!!!!!
