Great customer service, very friendly but the app on iPhone seems to lack features (comparing to ChaseBank app).
I reordered checks. First reorder was stolen and the thief attempted to write a check for $12,000 with BofA. Still needing checks, I resubmitted my reorder at the Camarillo branch over two weeks ago; no checks have arrived as of COB Friday. Additionally, when did this branch decide to close on Saturday?
My only complaint is they are not open on Saturdays and the ATM machine. I normally use the ATM on Saturday, however, 80% of the time the new ATM machine are not working. I would generally drive to T.O. branch to use theirs but I have gone there and the ATM machine was also not working. Each branch needs to have at least 2 ATMs since this is a recurring problem. At least BOA has 3 ATMs at their branch🤯
My deceased mother had an acct. at Camarillo Union bank. Even though i had documents showing i was trustee (certificate of trust and death cert.) , the management was EXTREMELY rude, even belligerent, when i was asking for information about the account. Anyone dealing with a trust knows how frustrating it is. Union bank Camarillo management went out of their way to be unhelpful a—holes.
