Breeanna is the best! No matter what the challenge is, she always has a smile on her face and handles everything I need with great care and ease. Everyone at this Union Bank branch is so friendly and helpful! I highly suggest banking with the skilled team at this local bank.
Yelled at by the Breeanna branch manager for wearing my sweatpants in and told that I had to apologize for my outfit before I was allowed to cash my own check. Yes she was serious, it was completely insane behavior. Reported it to upper management and nothing was done. Later, Union Bank let multiple unauthorized charges overdraft my account and never fixed my credit history so I was denied a loan because their security sucks. Worst Union Bank branch by a mile.
