When Citizens moved, we opened a checking and savings account; and have also opened home equity loan, which Union Bank proceessed with zero closing costs. Customer service is friendly and accessible. Highly recommend this local banking option.

Don't do it.....Lots of mistakes with paperwork, that could cost you your credit or thousands of dollars. They use a lot bait and switch tactics, I assume to try and compete with bigger union/national banks. Maybe they are working out the kinks but not going to gamble with my money here. Update: As you can see it took 2 months for them to even reply to a review and asking me to follow up vs being proactive.
