Love this bank and all the ladies that work there!
Nice staff. But the bank itself is horrible. One day I made a deposit around lunch time but not knowing, I couldn’t access the money until the next day. Then pay day comes, but my pay day falls on a Sunday, so I’m expecting to get paid on Friday like my coworkers. Oh no. I can’t access my money until Monday. So when speaking with the lady she tries to say I can overdraft, or do some kind of loan. I basically said I was unable to do that and I wouldn’t have opened the account if I had known that they don’t let you have access... read more
Rude people working UNPROFESSIONAL they do not explain what they are supposed to. Honestly they need better people working there…
