I went in today to cash my paycheck; the check was from this bank. So you have to push a door to enter and exit the bank. The door kept getting stuck: they have some sort of metal detector, but no security guard. (What is the point of having it there?) I was the only customer there and I didn't even get greeted. Good service. Anna was extremely helpful.
The branch has been closed since March with no indication if and when they might reopen. I was a customer for 12 years and generally happy, but have left for Chase which has been a great improvement. Union Bank showed no commitment to our community and NO customer service when they closed. Very disappointing.
