It’s taken me awhile to get useful to drive up accessing. Now I can’t live with out it. UnionBank bank continues to tread over those other banks with simply accurate bookkeeping and a back for being around.

I've worked with this bank for business for 10 years+ Although the names and faces have changed a little, this branch has consistently been attentive to my needs and assisted successfully every time I have needed anything from them. Their customer service is excellent. Accuracy has been excellent. Fees have been reasonable for business banking. With the Covid this bank tries their best , I did an edit on my review , I was not totally happy prior to Covid but I must say I do care about the tellers and it’s not their fault. They do not take Zelle and a few other things I am displeased with as a business owner but again this is a CORPORATE issues not my local branch.

New hours are terrible. Wait times are long to make a deposit. The security door is always a issue. Closed on Saturday’s now makes doing business difficult and with a weekday opening time of 10am makes it hard as well. Now the drive up teller is closed again. I am closing my account and going to a different bank as soon as I use up the 500 checks I just purchased , or I might just take the $200.00 loss on the checks and change banks ASAP.

I opened an account there with a very large deposit. After holding it for 10 days, now I'm told that I can only withdraw x amount per day for the next 6 months. They wont let me spend MY money. Closing my account immediately. Unacceptable for a bank to limit how I spend MY MONEY.
