Definitely a different bank since union very seriously, considering moving accounts evidently transferred funds within the bank is very confusing. I can understand something happening once everybody makes But when it repeated, that’s a different story
Having an issue with my account. They are working to resolve it
They NEVER answer the phone, I have tried twice and sat on hold for 15-20 minutes. Drove to the branch and they still couldn't help me.
