They are closing and leaving Imperial Beach so I am closing all my accounts. No way I'll drive to WORST part of Chula Vista to do my banking. Not a smart move Union Bank.
This place is almost always empty for a reason.
Very poor customer service. Waited for more than 1 hour on a Saturday until we couldn't wait nomore and have to leave. We did not do what we planned to do. What a waste of time. Will never come to this branch anymore. Other staff cannot even help out the 1 lady attending all the walk-in appt to open an account. Too much chit chatting. Time is gold for a working mother like me. Every minute counts.
