Need to hire more tellers. They could have a line of 10 people and only have one teller working.
I love this bank, everyone there is extremely nice and they know most customers by name. There decorations are always great and there service is unparalleled. Even when they are busy with a line out of the door they make sure to greet you and let you know that they will be with you shortly.
I've had no problem so far.
