If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to bring my account to $0 so I could close my accounts. I was told they couldn't take another bank's card as payment so I rushed outside to withdraw from the ATM so I could use cash to close my accounts. I came back in, made the deposit, and confirmed with the teller that my accounts were closed. However, here I am two weeks later and I'm getting penalty fees for not having a balance in my account WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THIS BRANCH THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. SHADY SHADY!! Not... read more
There's a new sheriff in town (new branch manager) and customer service is his game. Honestly, I had the best experience when I was in the bank recently. A complicated transaction incorporating several moving parts and he and his team handled it with ease. Thanks!
Worst banking company they charge $10 to chash there own check telling you that they will reimburse you when you open an account... And you wonder why people do not want to bank with you
