I wanted to commend Frank who answered My call and gave Me the most helpful information. I'm from out of town and not familiar with Orange County Frank gave Me the least time consuming route there from Claremont. I had called this branch in a last ditch effort to get a check cashed. With the change over looming, none of the other Union Banks were able to help. Thank You Frank, tonight My Family and I will sleep with a roof over Our heads.

Friendly environment.
Two branches nearer to me are closed due to the pandemic. The staff here are under stress and overworked, but you wouldn't know it. Courteous polite and efficient. So glad they are open.
I've only had nice experiences with the tellers here. The manager is another story. I just went in to figure out a mysterious 200.00 fee in my account. The manager attempted to help me but couldn't figure out the charge. She began to call someone when she hung up the phone and advised me that she believes the charge was a collection of a credit the bank had provided me some 10 months earlier.
