Sherry and her team are amazing. At our other bank (BofA) we felt like all we were was a number to them. At Union it's all about people. Great customer service!

My friends and I were trying to trade some money in higher value bills for the same amount of money in lower value bills. The person here said that we need an account with them to get any service from them. I was very surprised. Most banks do exchanges with dollar bills. Luckily, we were able to get the dollar bills that we needed. I am just questioning their policies.
