This Union Bank branch at 1101 Montana Ave. in Santa Monica, CA is SO NICE AND HELPFUL!!! Branch manager GRACE Y. SZABO is absolutely delightful, helpful, patient, conversational and understanding, and a female bank teller offered to bring a bowl of water for my dog which I greatly appreciated. This branch is an amazing, comforting oasis in stark contrast to the often cold, harsh, rude society I painfully encounter every day. THANK YOU, UNION BANK IN SANTA MONICA!
BEST BANK EVER INCLUDING MANAGERESS AND EMPLOYEES
This is the worst bank ever. The people at the branch are are nice, but someone took $2250 out of my bank account for fraudulent purchases from Amazon on 10/24/2017. They had my debit card number but they didn't have my pin number and they did not have the card itself. I had nothing to do with it and did not authorize these purchases. Union bank has done nothing.
