If I could give this so called bank negative stars I would. My boss has nothing but endless problems and hassle with this business. Yes, the people working there are nice, the business model is total garbage. He also just got scammed. What will Union Bank do, probably nothing. I've never in my life experienced the incredible amount of stupidity that this business seems to have as part of their business model. DON"T USE THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!!!
People here are nice, but their call center is an absolute F***ing nightmare. I had one simple problem, called them, and ended up being on the phone for about an hour and my card being cancelled on my vacation. Use another bank. Less headache that way. Bring back SBBT!!!
I do not trust this bank. Every time that I walked in there, I was hassled to start a saving account or credit cards. When I did, it was a night-mare. Credit card never posted a 500. payment I made, when paid in full, not posted. I spend hours with customer service, nothing done, so I went to the branch where I was hustled to get the cards and although, Lela was very nice, she said the branch manager said to call the 1800 number on back of card as, I had done this for months and no resoloution was made, infact, more errors w... read more
