Poor customer service
Act of Congress to get simplest transactions processed. Seems as if it takes two, maybe three persons to navigate whatever computer system the poor tellers are slaves to. If that isn't bad enough they cut their hours of operation. Never considered using there drive up service during pandemic. You really think those vacuum tubes are not a source if spread? This is not my personal bank and never will be.
Very professional and courteous. We do all of our banking with them personal and business.
I went in for a withdrawal recently and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Worse than the Oxnard branch and that's saying a WHOLE lot. Marie was extremely rude and condescending during the entire transaction. She barely bothered to make eye contact with me or even make the slightest communication. She kept tapping vigorously at the areas I needed to sign and was just plainly unpleasant to be around. I understand it's a job but girl, c'mon get it together.
