The only reason I have an account here is because they include foreign currency exchange with the account benefits. I came here today to order currency for an upcoming trip to Chile and was told "Oh..we can't do that." Then Cristina Willis gave me some complicated excuse that made no sense saying I could try another location. Seriously? They advertise services, and keep the customer's money, and then do not provide the advertised service which is fraud.

Their service is horrible. I was waiting for my safety deposit box. They completely ignored me. And then I had to go stand in line. And then I had to wait another 15 min because someone else wanted to get to their safety deposit box. As bad as the service gets. And they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience
