What happened to customer service!? I go in to make a deposit and I am pointed to a machine so I can handle the transaction myself. After I told the teller I'd rather deal with a human he begrudgingly made the deposit but kept trying to sell me on how much better it is to use the machine. I guess that's what my $25 a month priority bank fee buys me: a smug lesson in how great it is to interact with a computer.
If I was able to put 0, it would be 0. We tried to withdraw $500 from the ATM but the ATM broke and didn't give us our money. The transaction was showing on our bank statement. We requested a refund and our bank filed a dispute but the dispute was declined. I also spoke to a representative from Union Bank from this branch who said there were some discrepancies in the ATM and that our bank should file a dispute again which we did, but guess what, it was declined again. The best bank I have ever used. They have the best Savings Account Interest Rate you will find anywhere, amazingly personable staff, and actually care. This branch demonstrates how banking should be done. Thanks John and the Union Bank Queen Anne staff.
