Worst service ever in banking
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Long story short, I signed up for a business account under a promotion received in the mail. They signed me up for the wrong account type...twice. It took a few weeks to figure out and fix. I had to go back into the branch to sign paperwork that was already signed the first time I came in but that they "couldn't find."
