I am so disappointed in Union Bank, I have my business account with the Valencia Branch. I have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks to submit the info for the PPP loan/grant. They don't return calls or answer emails. Now the money is gone. I still need to submit hopefully there will be more funds allocated soon. But for sure I will be switching banks when this is over Union bank does not support the small business.
