It's never busy and the workers there are very friendly.
Every month I would come in the branch to cash my check. Every month they never remembered me and would give me the hardest time to cash check. They would ask ridiculously rude questions such as “why did you get all of this money?” And I answered then he replied “you really got all of that money that way?” Very personal and uncomfortable. Always very friendly knowledgeable and makes you feel right at home.
Go to the one on Victoria...it’s like a different bank here. I got a secured cc card here, I said I didn’t want an annual fee he said, great this card has no annual fee! I’ve been charged one every year, they have always refunded it when I’ve called, this year they say they can’t and never have waived annual fees??? Ummm, look at my account. Never again. Closing my card. Also went here for a home loan, they seemed uninterested. Went somewhere else. Seriously, go to a different branch.
