Worst customer service ever ! ! ! Went to file a claim for an unauthorized debit card charge and told me to call the back of the card , which I did but the supervisor told they closed at 7pm but in reality they closed at 6pm , they just wanted to close and go home
I went to deposit my check and they told me I cannot access any of my funds I have to pay a ticket today and they told me I would have to pay it tomorrow terrible Bank I will be leaving soon
Great place to cash the clients checks. Robert is an amazing manager.
Cashed my check kept 10 dollars, never inform me there was a fee. I asked who to complain to he said he was the supervisor I said I complain he said there's a $10 fee. I wouldn't bank at this bank if it was the last bank in the world. I just want to cash a check. Not give the man $10 for lunch.
