I really am so happy with this bank. The personal service is phenomenal. I have to give a special shout out to Jennifer, She is simply amazing; personable, detail oriented and sharp as tack. She has saved my bacon more than once with her eye for detail. I'd love to steal her to work for me because she is the kind of employee that only comes along rarely. Alas, I think she is loyal to Union Bank.

Another poor experience, Jessica Wdowiak is the worst person I have spoken to at Union Bank. How she is a manager is extremely confusing to me. I had the same issue of bill pay being sent back to my account and she told me I needed to contact USPS to resolve this issue. This has happened about 10 times and I have spent about 24 hours trying to resolve this issue. She was extremely rude and not helpful. The paper trail shows that I have had over 100 successful bill pays and yet this so called manager tells me I need to fix a ... read more
