Very professional and quick
This local bank has the worst customer service. It has taken me two weeks to complete a simple transfer. The first time was my error as I didn't have the correct information. I was told just to come by anytime during office hours and they would help me out. So I did, but Shophi who was working at the time told me she couldn't assist me without an appointment.
