Horrible experience. Opened my account with the wrong name. Went in and the assistant manager didn’t even care. Talked to multiple people on the phone and got no help. It still hasn’t been fixed. My name is still spelled wrong. Totally unhelpful staff and clearly no accountability. Horrible app with zelle not even working.
We have banked with Union Bank for several decades. The Pacific Grove branch continues to provide the fabulous service we have have received from their branch as well as our former branch in San Jose.
Great branch of Union Bank. Union Bank itself has fairly uncompetitive policies, but then again, don't they all. The employees here are the star attraction.
